I understand the description of your process and your current status. You have found a crude, but effective method of working around the problem. I cannot explain the symptoms you report. If you wish to pursuit this matter more comprehensively, it might be more expedient to contact me via Skype and we can walk / talk through the process. Skype has a 'share-screen' function that allows me to see what you are doing. It helps clarify matters immensely. I strongly suspect that it is something on your end because no one else has ever reported these anomalies.

That would be great. We just need to figure out a time that works for both of us. I'm in Hawaii time zone. If we can't work it out during the week because of our schedules, I would be happy to do it next weekend at your convenience - whatever time is good for you. Guess what? Downloaded your latest update to the Player's Db, and lo and behold, it opens out of the launcher!!! Woohoo! Guess it fixed whatever glitch was happening and I'm not complaining. Still didn't help the keyboard shortcuts I mentioned to you in the message, but I'm happy to have the Player's dB working out of the launcher!!

Glad to hear that you found a solution to your situation. Hopefully, it will not re-appear in the future.
